AUP for the review and verification of Vendor Pool data
We supply experienced banking and loan servicing professionals, at short notice, to independently review documents and Servicer systems to perform verification checks to the vendor data tape.
We can arrange Legal Reviews of original terms and conditions, signed deeds and security documents. This can be done on a sample or by automated Official Charges Register (OCR) checks to Spanish Registrars. RMBS-DD will manage the activity, provide quality assurance and reporting.
We can arrange full Property Valuations, Driveby, Desktop or AVMs. RMBS-DD will manage the activity, provide quality assurance and reporting.
Servicer Review
Review of Servicer policy and procedures, then perform validation checks on a sample of cases, to ensure the procedures are being conducted in line with Policy.
Provide onsite oversight of Special Servicing by leading regular reviews of Servicer’s actions on a loan by loan basis and producing structured performance summaries.
We can verify Servicer reports and IPD Investor reports and regulatory ESMA (Annex 2) reporting.
